Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for a refund, provided items are:

• Unworn and unwashed
• In their original condition
• With all tags attached

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns.

Free Size Exchanges

Finding the perfect fit matters.

If you’ve ordered the wrong size, we offer free size exchanges within Australia, subject to stock availability.

Simply contact us and we’ll help you arrange an exchange.

Faulty Items

If you believe your item is faulty, please contact us as soon as possible with photos and a description of the issue.

If an item is confirmed to be faulty, we will provide a replacement, exchange or refund in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
